We encourage you to contact your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to confirm that mental health services are covered and to obtain details regarding your deductible, copayment, and coinsurance responsibilities.
All payments are due at the time services are provided unless prior arrangements have been made. While our office will make every effort to verify your insurance benefits as a courtesy, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand your coverage and any associated costs.

For an individualized list of insurances for each counselor, please see Our Team page. Please note that acceptance of insurance does NOT guarantee coverage. For existing patients, please notify us promptly if you experience any changes to your insurance coverage.

Counseling Service Fees
Sessions are payable by cash, check, debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, HSA, or Flex-Spending accounts. Patients are required to have a credit card saved on file, regardless of the type of insurance or preferred payment method. Credit card information will always be fully protected and not charged an unexpected amount without client notification.

​Sliding Fee Scale:

For clients without insurance coverage, we offer a reduced fee schedule based on a sliding scale. Please contact our office for more information and to determine eligibility. ​
